What are the main regions of the electromagnetic spectrum, in order of frequency and in order of wavelength?

In order of increasing frequency (decreasing wavelength): radio waves, microwaves, infrared, visible light, ultraviolet, X-rays, gamma rays. In order of increasing wavelength (decreasing frequency), the order is reversed: gamma rays, X-rays, ultraviolet, visible light, infrared, microwaves, radio waves.
