State and use the relative directions of force, field and induced current.

The relative directions are given by Fleming's right-hand rule (dynamo rule): with the thumb, First finger and seCond finger of the right hand held mutually at right angles, the thuMb points in the direction of Motion of the conductor, the First finger points in the direction of the Field, and the seCond finger gives the direction of the induced Current.
